Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged full price. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a rebook fee of 75% of the regular tour price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
