- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Do not bring, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on or operating watercraft
- Travelers under 18 require a parent or guardian or a signed unaccompanied waiver
- Keep a personal flotation device with you; unaccompanied minors under 18 and all minors under 13 must wear one at all times
- Craft capacity limits apply, ranging from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on the watercraft
- Adaptive paddling options are not available

Cancellations or changes require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
