Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring a valid photo ID for rental check-in
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian present or a signed unaccompanied-minor waiver
- Do not bring or consume alcohol or drugs, and do not operate watercraft under the influence
- Carry a personal flotation device (PFD); unaccompanied minors under 18 and all minors under 13 must wear one at all times
- Stay within craft limits: SUP and on-top kayak 275 lb; kid's SUP 100 lb; kayak 350 lb; tandem kayaks 500 lb
- Use group craft within limits: 2–4 person SUP 600 lb; 4–8 person SUP 1,000 lb; canoe 2–4 people, 850 lb
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund more than 1 week before your rental, or an 80% refund more than 48 hours before. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Bring a valid photo ID, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, water, snacks, and comfortable clothing and shoes.
All participants must have a personal flotation device (PFD). Wearing it at all times is strongly advised. Unaccompanied minors under 18 and all minors under 13 must wear a PFD at all times.
Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian, unless they have a signed unaccompanied-minor waiver.
