- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license; drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine, include all party members as passengers, and watch the required safety video
- A credit or debit card authorization of $1,500 per machine is required for the Premium Damage Waiver; damage liability is capped at $1,500 per machine
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah Bureau of Land Management fee are added and not included in the listed price
- Return vehicles on time; late fees are $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
