Know before you go
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in
- Ages 8+ only
- Complete an online waiver before arrival for everyone entering the property
- Arrive with your full party before check-in can begin
- Present the credit card used for the reservation and matching photo ID at check-in; names must match
- Watch the safety video and follow staff instructions
- Do not participate while pregnant or with broken bones, recent surgery, easy bruising, or bleeding conditions
- Leave your own paint at home; outside paint is not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable. Reschedule or update your party at least 48 hours before. No rainchecks; play continues in rain. No-shows are charged in full plus $100.
