Important details

• A $750 bar minimum applies to beverages only and cannot be used for food purchases
• Purchase all beverages, including water, juice, and soda, through the brewery
• Source food from a restaurant, grocery store, food service provider, or licensed caterer; homemade food is not permitted
• Bring your own utensils, paper goods, setup supplies, and cleanup support for food service
• Sign the required waiver before your event date
• Set up no earlier than 30 minutes before your event and remove all decorations when it ends
• Expect a $250 fee if the space is left dirty or vacated late, plus a $250 fee for broken or damaged items
• Do not use glitter, confetti, sidewalk chalk, or duct tape; a $250-per-hour cleanup fee applies if found
• Do not bring outside alcohol or illegal drugs; violations end the event immediately
• Supervise anyone under 21 at all times
• Ages 13+ only in the Big Axe Barn and axe-throwing area; younger children may use the Hatchet Hangout lounge seating area
• Keep axes, throwing knives, and hatchets inside the Big Axe Barn
• Use designated outdoor areas for smoking or vaping, and do not bring pets indoors except service animals
• Bring, test, and operate your own slideshows, playlists, and audiovisual equipment
