- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license; drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete a liability waiver for each machine and list all party members as passengers
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required and limits ATV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A credit or debit card authorization hold of $1,500 per machine is required on the day of your tour
- A mandatory gas charge applies and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and 3% Utah Bureau of Land Management fee apply and are not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur fees: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
