- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license; if a passenger is under 18, the driver must be ages 25+
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and the required safety video and safety training before riding
- A required premium damage waiver limits out-of-pocket UTV or ATV damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A $1,500 damage-deposit hold per machine is authorized on a credit or debit card on the day of your reservation
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee are added and not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
