Cancel 48+ hours before departure for a full refund; cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours. Rescheduling 48+ hours ahead may be available at no charge, subject to availability. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels for unsafe weather or mechanical issues. Arriving over 15 minutes late may forfeit the charter without refund.
