Yes. All guests, including minors, must complete a waiver before boarding. If you haven’t completed it, you won’t be allowed to board.
Special rules apply for large groups (7–12 passengers), including completing a Bareboat Charter Agreement and arranging a captain from a qualified list or qualifying as a captain.
Go barefoot or wear comfortable white-soled athletic shoes. Black-soled footwear isn’t permitted. Bring a coverup for sun and cooler sunset sails.
