- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Customary crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and paid directly to the captain and crew
- Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Bring food and beverages if you wish, but no red wine or glass beer bottles
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, rescheduling is attempted first; if not possible, charter fees are refunded.
