Cancel at least 14 days before your trip for a full refund. Cancel within 7 days for a 50% refund; within 48 hours, no booking-fee refund. Media packages are refunded for cancellations within 7 days. If canceled due to unsafe weather or operational issues, choose a full refund or reschedule.

Rough seas can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or headaches. Bring sea sickness medication if needed; it is best taken 24 hours before departure. Sea sickness is not eligible for a refund.
No. Winds, currents, and other conditions can affect shark viewing. If you do not encounter sharks during your trip, you will receive a 50% refund of your booking and a full refund of any media package purchased.
