- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying a passenger under 18
- Complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking possession of the vehicle
- A $1,500 authorization hold per machine is required on the card used for the rental
- Expect a mandatory gas charge based on rental duration; it is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to all bookings and is not included in the listed price
- Complete one liability waiver per machine
- Expect late-return charges: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
