Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the ride for a full refund. Groups of more than 10 must cancel 48 hours before; DMC groups must cancel 1 week before. No refund for later cancellations. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, choose a rescheduled date or a full refund.
