Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure; shuttles leave on schedule
- Ages 8+ only
- Weight requirement: 50–275 lbs
- A minimum of 2 people is required per booking
- Wear tennis shoes, water shoes, or sandals with a heel strap; no flip-flops or bare feet
- No alcohol is permitted on shuttles or tubes
- Requires getting in and out of a tube multiple times
- Exit the river immediately after the bridge in Kernville; no exit is available farther downstream
- Sign a liability and photography/video waiver before departure
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before your trip for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee per person. Cancellations 29 days or fewer before the trip are non-refundable. Trips run rain or shine but may be altered or canceled for water conditions, uncontrollable situations, or insufficient reservations. Full trip-fee refunds apply only when the trip is canceled.
