Important details
- Ages 12+ only; during high-water protocols, Class IV rafting is ages 16+ only
- Weight range: 50–275 lbs
- During high-water protocols, complete a swimming proficiency test; unsuccessful swimmers continue on Class II–III water
- Complete an online waiver before departure; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure, or 45–60 minutes early if renting a wetsuit
- Wear secure water shoes, tennis shoes, or sandals with a heel strap; no flip-flops or bare feet
- Wetsuits may be required or highly recommended until June and depending on water levels
- Trips require a minimum of 4 participants to operate
- A 6% online booking convenience fee applies at checkout and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; cash tips for your guide are optional
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before your trip for a full refund less a $25 processing fee per person. Cancellations 29 days or fewer before the trip are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels the trip.
FAQs
Bring a reusable water bottle and a small bottle of sunscreen.
Leave backpacks, bags, change of clothes, towels, and valuables in your vehicle. You cannot bring backpacks or bags on the raft, and staff can hold your keys while you are on the water.
Trips run rain or shine, but the route or trip may be adjusted, substituted, or canceled because of water levels or other conditions.
