- This is a bareboat charter: the primary charterer assumes temporary possession and control of the vessel
- A U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the charterer
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Crew gratuity is not included; customary discretionary gratuity is 15–20% of the charter price and is paid directly to the captain and crew
- Each adult must complete a waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- No red wine or glass beer bottles; wine and champagne are permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Go barefoot or wear clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if not mutually possible, charter fees are refunded.

Yes. As the primary charterer, independently select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. Your own qualified captain is subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements; insurance-approved independent captains familiar with the vessel are also available for selection.
