Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund; 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before, no refund, but you can reschedule or receive credit. No refunds or credits if you don't arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your activity or forfeit your reservation. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
