The staff here is genuinely the heart of this operation, and it shows in nearly every review. Karen at the front desk gets multiple shoutouts for being warm, patient, and going well above and beyond, including tracking down lost phones weeks after trips and arranging to ship them home. The safety setup is solid too, with a thorough briefing before you head out and a jet ski crew monitoring the river throughout your float. A few practical tips worth noting from regulars: book a reservation in advance, rent a paddle (seriously, multiple people say it makes a huge difference), and upgrade to the backrest tube if you can. River current can be unpredictable, so on slower days having a paddle keeps things moving. There is one flagged incident involving a jet ski interaction with a guest that was handled poorly by management, which is worth keeping in mind, though it appears isolated among an otherwise overwhelmingly positive track record. This tends to draw repeat visitors, with several reviewers coming back year after year, which says a lot. It works well for families, groups, birthday trips, and everything in between. The float runs roughly 2.5 hours and pairs nicely with dinner in nearby Easton afterward. If you're looking for a laid-back summer day on the water with people who actually seem to care, this is a solid choice.
