Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund or credit. Cancellations 48–72 hours before departure receive a 90% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
