Important details
- Minimum height: 48 in; minimum weight: 65 lb
- Sign a waiver before sliding
- If you're under 18, a legal guardian must sign your waiver and accompany you
- Wear closed-toe shoes; avoid loose clothing and secure long hair
- Requires carrying your luge sled to the top of the track
- Temporary closures may occur during lightning, high winds or torrential rainfall
- A Michigan Recreation Passport is required for vehicles parked in Muskegon State Park; a charge applies if you don't have one
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reserved date for a full refund less a $10 processing fee per ticket, per reservation. No refunds for late arrivals, choosing not to participate, or not meeting requirements. Rescheduling requires more than 7 days' notice and is subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by an adult. Participants under 14 also require proper parental or guardian supervision.
Complete your waiver before arriving to help avoid registration delays. You cannot slide without a signed waiver.
The park has widened pathways and ramps at the lodge. Adaptive equipment is available to reserve at no charge, and adaptive offerings include summer luge.
