Important details

• Ages 5+ only; no riding experience required. Children ages 5–7 ride with an additional wrangler guiding their horse.
• Children under 13 require an accompanying adult or legal guardian.
• Bring proof of age for children ages 5–7, such as a birth certificate or school ID.
• Weight limit: 265 lbs. Exceptions depend on suitable horse availability.
• Wear a helmet if you're under 18.
• Wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes or boots. Crocs are not allowed.
• Leave bags and rain ponchos behind. Dresses, skirts, and loose, flowing clothing are not allowed.
• Sign the waiver at check-in.
• Follow the wranglers' instructions and treat the horses appropriately. Disobedience or mistreatment means walking the remainder of the trail on foot.
• Use your phone only for photos, not calls or video calls. If you drop it, the ride will not stop; do not dismount to retrieve it. You may walk the trail afterward to collect it.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride to prepare.
