- Returns more than 15 minutes late incur a fee of at least $40 per craft, not included in the listed price.
- Damage or loss charges are not included in the listed price: $50 for a lost or broken paddle, $25 for a damaged life jacket, and a minimum of $100 for kayak repairs. A tandem kayak damaged beyond use may incur a $750 replacement fee.
- Pickup rentals require the 24-hour rental option. These rentals are typically for off-site use; return the kayak by the pickup time or earlier the next day.
- Complete a safety waiver for yourself. A parent must complete a separate waiver for each child.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled rental to check in and complete any outstanding waiver. Your time on the water begins at your reserved start time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. No refunds are available within 48 hours. If the operator stops rentals due to unsafe weather or lake conditions, you'll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
