Itinerary
Arrival & Check-In
1-Arrive at the designated meeting location at your scheduled time. Check in with crew, confirm gear setup, and prepare for boarding.
2-Vessel Boarding & Safety Briefing Board Emerald and receive a full safety and dive briefing covering conditions, procedures, and expectations for the day.
4-Transit to Dive Site Depart the marina and transit offshore to the dive location. Final dive planning is based on real-time ocean conditions and shark activity.
5-Dive 1 First drift dive with full crew supervision. Focus on orientation, conditions, and initial shark encounters.
6-Surface Interval Return to the vessel for rest, hydration, and preparation for the next dive.
7-Dive 2 Second drift dive with increased confidence and longer bottom time as appropriate.
8-Surface Interval (lunch)
9-Hydration, snacks, and dive debrief. Adjustments made based on diver performance and conditions.
10-Dive 3 Final dive of the trip. Typically the most dialed-in dive of the day with the strongest awareness and positioning.
11-Return to Marina Return to port with post-trip wrap-up and gear breakdown.

Important details
- Certified scuba divers only. Advanced Open Water certification or higher is strongly recommended.
- Ages 15+ only. Divers under 18 require an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
- Good physical health and fitness for diving are required.
- Requires comfort with drift diving, open-ocean conditions, blue-water ascents and descents, and maintaining position in current. Good air consumption and situational awareness are required.
- Crew gratuity is not included in the listed price.
- Bring tanks, scuba gear, and a dive computer, or use available rentals. These are not included in the listed price; a dive computer is required for every diver.
- Wear a full wetsuit that covers your skin, gloves, and a beanie or hood. Do not wear white or yellow fins or masks.
- Complete all required waivers before arrival.
- Follow all crew instructions and safety briefings. The captain and crew may refuse diving participation if you are unsafe, unprepared, or unfit for the conditions.
- Trips depend on weather, ocean conditions, and operational safety decisions. Shark sightings are not guaranteed.
- Complete check-in by 8 am. If renting gear or tanks, arrive at 7 am.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations are non-refundable but receive full credit for future use. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or other uncontrollable conditions, you'll receive a full refund or full credit, your choice. No-shows and failure to meet trip requirements are non-refundable.

Only with advance clearance before the trip. Entry-level Open Water certification does not automatically qualify you for this shark dive, and clearance is not available at the dock. Final participation also depends on your readiness and the day's conditions.
Same-day rental additions, replacement equipment, and size changes are not guaranteed. Bring a complete, operational dive setup unless the required items are included in your rental arrangements.
A fixed return time is not guaranteed. Your dive trip's return depends on ocean conditions, dive sites, dive profiles, and surface intervals. Leave extra time before pickups, flights, or other time-sensitive commitments.
