Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the pass's first service day for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and passes used in whole or in part are non-refundable. Allow 10–12 working days for refunds to be processed to your card.
