Important details
- Arrive during your session's designated early check-in window; late check-ins are not accepted
- Ages 5+ only; 5-year-olds must ride with an adult age 18 or older, while ages 6+ may ride solo
- Weight limit: 275 lbs per person
- Good health and full mobility required; participation may be restricted for certain medical conditions or alcohol or drug impairment
- Complete a waiver before riding; a parent or legal guardian must sign for minors
- Wear no shoes, including water shoes, and bring a change of clothes
- Ride another track before riding the Orange course
- Expect rain-or-shine operations; rides may pause in thunderstorms, high winds, or other extreme weather
Cancellation Policy
Changes or rescheduling are available at least 48 hours before your session, subject to availability. All sales are final.
FAQs
Each rider needs one roll for every track, even when sharing an orb. Red and Purple accommodate up to three riders; Orange is solo.
The experience requires good health and full mobility. High blood pressure, pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, back or neck injuries, and alcohol or drug impairment may prevent participation.
