Know before you go
- Ages 5+ only
- Wear the provided harness while climbing
- Bring a valid ID and the card used to pay online for identity verification at check-in
- No outside food or drinks allowed; water and celebratory food such as cake or cupcakes are allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change your date or party size up to 48 hours before the event. No-shows forfeit the entire reservation. Events run rain or shine, and weather is not grounds for a refund. You may move your reservation date.
