Important details

- Wear closed-toe shoes and natural-fiber clothing
- Your glass piece needs 24–48 hours to cool and cannot be taken home immediately
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 72+ hours' notice. Cancellations 37–72 hours before start receive a 50% refund or incur a 15% rebooking fee. No refund within 36 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the studio cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If the studio is open and weather affects your location, a 15% rebooking fee applies with no refund.
