- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID; the card name must match the booking contact
- Drivers must be at least 16 and bring a driver's license or passport
- Drivers under 18 require a parent signature to drive alone and must have a parent or guardian on the tour
- Combined rider weight must not exceed 400 lbs per jet ski
- The credit card on file may be charged for damage caused to the jet ski or other watercraft
- A $100 late fee applies for late returns
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
