• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled rental; your rental starts at the booked time
• Drivers must be ages 21+
• Drivers must complete an approved boater rental safety course
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require a Florida Boater Safety Card or equivalent and photo ID
• Bring your own life jacket for children ages 2 and under; children ages 6 and under must wear a life jacket at all times

• Stay within the designated boundary area, obey no-wake zones, and remain between channel markers in marked channels
