Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. No refunds for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or same-day changes. A $20 tack-up fee per horse may be charged for no-shows. Full refund or rebooking if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, horse welfare, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
