Know before you go
- Arrive 10 minutes before your session
- Sign a waiver before entering the room
- A parent or guardian must sign waivers for anyone under 18
- Ages 6-13 require a parent in the room
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not allowed
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy, with injuries, or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medications
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 40%. No refunds for no-shows or arrivals 15 minutes late or more.
