- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals do not extend your charter; arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days ahead: full refund; 7–13 days: refund minus deposit or full-value 12-month credit; 48 hours–6 days: 50% refund or full-value 12-month credit; under 48 hours: no refund. Reschedule free with 72 hours' notice. Captain weather cancellations receive a full refund. If weather ends your trip early, unused time beyond the first hour is refunded pro rata.
