Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before: $100 fee plus a 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before: 50% charge plus a 6% booking fee; within 72 hours: no cancellations, 100% charged. Changes require 15+ days’ notice. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule.

Follow your captain’s instructions. Fighting, littering, intentional damage, cigarette burns, pushing or jumping while moving, and headfirst diving in shallow water are not allowed.
