Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before: $100 fee plus a 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before: 50% charge plus a 6% booking fee; within 72 hours: no cancellations, 100% charged. Changes require 15+ days’ notice. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule.
FAQs
Leave shoes, red wine, glitter, sharp objects, glass, Styrofoam, and messy snacks off the party barge. Do not bring items that could damage the boat or carpet.
Follow your captain’s instructions. Fighting, littering, intentional damage, cigarette burns, pushing or jumping while moving, and headfirst diving in shallow water are not allowed.
