- This is a bareboat charter: you assume temporary possession and control of the vessel and separately contract a qualified, properly licensed captain
- Any captain you engage is subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements
- Each adult needs a completed waiver before boarding; parents or guardians complete waivers for minors
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is customary and discretionary, paid directly to your captain and crew
- No red wine or glass beer bottles; wine and champagne are permitted
- Use lotion sunscreen only; sprays, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Wear bare feet or clean socks onboard

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule first; if that is not mutually possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded. If the vessel is unavailable, reschedule first; if rescheduling is not possible, charter fees paid are fully refunded.
FAQs
This is a bareboat charter. Independently select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain. You may use your own qualified captain, subject to vessel-owner approval and insurance requirements, or select from the informational roster of insurance-approved captains.
Bring your own food and beverages. Do not bring red wine, glass beer bottles, or items that may stain the upholstery. Wine and champagne are permitted.
