Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before tour time
- Complete a signed digital waiver online before arrival for every participant, including minors
- Ages 5+ only
- Children ages 5–14 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult 18+ or a sibling ages 15–17 who weighs over 120 lbs; an adult must be on the water with the family group
- Teens ages 15–17 may paddle solo only if they weigh over 120 lbs and an adult 18+ joins the tour
- Single-kayak paddlers must paddle the full tour without towing
- Kayak type cannot be changed on the tour day
- Weight limit 260 lbs; participants over 200 lbs may be weighed before launch for safety
- Not suitable for severe heart or respiratory conditions, advanced-stage cancer, pregnancy from the second trimester onward, or recovery from surgery
- Wear the provided Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times on the water
- No animals, alcohol, marijuana, vaping products, or illegal drugs are allowed on guided tours
- A $399 deep-cleaning fee will be charged to your card if equipment has odors or traces of smoke, ash, marijuana, alcohol, or illicit substances
- National Park entry is not included: $25 per vehicle for up to 6 people, or $15 per person when arriving by shuttle; active military enter free
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Groups of 6 or more must cancel at least 72 hours ahead. If unsafe weather cancels the activity, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
