Know before you go
- Complete a digital waiver before arrival for every participant, including minors
- Ages 5–14 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult 18+ or a sibling ages 15–17 who weighs over 120 lbs; an adult must join the family group on the water
- Ages 15–17 may use a single kayak only when weighing over 120 lbs and joined by an adult 18+
- Single-kayak paddlers must paddle independently for the full tour; guides do not tow kayaks
- Maximum weight is 260 lbs; participants over 200 lbs may be weighed before launch for safety
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times on the water
- National Park entry is not included: $25 per vehicle for up to 6 people, or $15 per person when arriving by shuttle
- No animals, alcohol, marijuana, vaping products, or illegal drugs are allowed on guided tours
- A $399 deep-cleaning charge applies if equipment is returned with odors or traces of smoke, ash, marijuana, alcohol, or illicit substances
- This activity is not suitable for severe heart or respiratory conditions, advanced-stage cancer, pregnancy in the second trimester or beyond, or surgery recovery
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Groups of 6 or more must cancel at least 72 hours ahead. If unsafe weather cancels the activity, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Wear swimwear or lightweight, quick-dry clothing. Bring sunscreen and water shoes or secure sandals with straps; a towel or change of clothes is optional. Expect your feet, ankles, and lower legs to get wet during launch and landing.
Leave valuables at home or locked in your vehicle. Lost or forgotten items cannot be shipped back.
