• Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time
• Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license; drivers with passengers under 18 must be ages 25+
• Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
• Complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of completion before taking possession of the vehicle
• Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers
• A $1,500 authorization hold per machine is collected upon arrival by credit or debit card
• A mandatory gas charge based on rental duration applies and is not included in the listed price
• An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not reflected in taxes and fees
• Return on time: late fees are $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
