Gratuities are welcomed and encouraged. Late and non-return fees may apply ($30 per hour after a 15-minute grace period, $50 after closing in addition to hourly late fees, and $100 if not returned to the launch site).
Cancellation Policy
If the operator cancels due to dangerous weather or other circumstances beyond its control, you will receive a 100% credit or refund. No credits will be given for written cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the reserved time slot.
