- Accept a liability waiver and follow traffic regulations during your ride
- Helmets are strongly recommended; children are required by state law to wear a helmet
- Return bikes by 5:30 PM; late returns incur a $10 per-bike charge not included in the listed price
- More than 30 minutes late triggers an overnight charge, and returns after 10:30 incur a second-day charge
- Accept responsibility for equipment damage, including parts, labor, and surcharges not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 5 PM three calendar days before pickup for a refund minus $10 per bike and booking fee. After that until 5 PM the day before pickup, receive a refund minus 50% per bike and booking fee. After 5 PM the day before pickup, rentals and tours are nonrefundable, except when the hourly rain forecast exceeds 30% between 10 AM and 5 PM.
