Know before you go
- Guests must be ages 5 and up with parental supervision
- Children under 10 must wear life jackets at all times aboard the vessel
- Credit card processing acknowledgement is required at checkout
- The captain may cancel a trip, including during the trip, for rough seas
- Trip changes requested within 72 hours may carry an additional charge; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before the trip for a full refund; 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund; less than 48 hours before for no refund. Full refund if the captain cancels due to rough seas. No refund for captain cancellation due to aggressive clients, severe intoxication, or illegal activity.
