Cancel 7+ days before: deposit refunded. Less than 7 days: charged 50% of charter booked. Within 48 hours or no-show: charged 100%. Weather cancellations are at the captain’s discretion; deposits refunded if weather forces cancellation. Ocean bookings may shift to inshore if seas are too rough.
