Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early; on-water time starts at your scheduled time and late time is not added
- Complete a waiver before departure
- Ages 12+ only to pilot rental equipment
- Children under 12 must ride with an adult age 18+ on a SUP, single kayak, or tandem kayak; pedal kayaks do not allow child ride-alongs
- Wear the supplied Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) at all times onboard
- Recommended capacities: 270 lbs for a 9.5 ft single kayak, 325 lbs for an 11.5 ft single kayak, 400 lbs for a tandem kayak, 250 lbs for a pedal kayak, and 300 lbs for a SUP
- Return equipment on time; a $25-per-hour late fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Lost or damaged equipment may incur repair or replacement charges not included in the listed price
- Secure valuables yourself; lockers and secure storage are not available
Cancellation Policy
For 4 crafts or fewer, cancel more than 24 hours before start for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours but before the same day receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. For 5+ crafts, cancel more than 72 hours before start for a full refund; within 72 to 24 hours, receive a 50% refund. Full refund if canceled due to weather.
