Know before you go
- Ages 5+ only
- Ages 10+ may paddle independently; younger children must ride with an adult
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Reservation holder must be 18+
- Signed waiver required for all participants
- Single kayaks have a 425 lb weight limit; tandem kayaks have a 425 lb combined weight limit
- Delivery and pickup fees apply for rentals launched away from the riverfront
- Expect launch locations or rental availability to change, delay, or end if weather, wind, water levels, currents, or other conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Activity reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred. If a canceled space is rebooked, a refund may be issued less a $10 administrative fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit all payments. If canceled for unsafe conditions, a refund may be offered at the operator's discretion.
