- Independent paddling is limited to ages 10+
- Children under 10 must ride with an adult, and all minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Reservation holder must be 18+
- Single kayaks have a 425 lb weight limit; tandem kayaks have a 425 lb combined weight limit
- A signed waiver is required
- Advance reservations are required
- Delivery and pickup fees may apply and are not included in the listed price
- Launch locations and rental availability may change due to unsafe weather, wind, water levels, currents, or other conditions
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-refundable. If your canceled space is rebooked, a refund may be issued less a $10 administrative fee. No rescheduling or transfers. Late arrivals, no-shows, and same-day cancellations forfeit all payments. Unsafe-condition cancellations may receive a refund at the operator's discretion.
