Cancellation Policy
Activity reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred. If your canceled space is rebooked, a refund may be issued less a $10 administrative fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit all payments. Unsafe conditions may result in a refund at the operator's discretion.
