Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to prepare and launch on time
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- No pets allowed
- Ages 16+ may paddle without an adult; riders under 16 must share a tandem kayak with an adult
- Weight limit 300 lbs for solo kayaks and 550 lbs combined for tandem kayaks
- Wear a life jacket if under 18; life jackets are optional for adults
- Expect park fees not included in the listed price: $2 admission per person and $4 launch fee per vessel
- Expect a credit card processing fee not included in the listed price
- Return on time; a $20 late fee per kayak applies for each additional 15 minutes on the water
- Accept responsibility for rental equipment; missing or damaged items may be charged to the credit card on file
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with written cancellation at least 24 hours before start. No refunds or rescheduling for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or exceeding equipment weight limits. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or any other reason.
