- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying passengers under 18

- A liability waiver is required for each machine

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3+ days in advance for a full refund; cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: $75 after 15+ minutes, $150 after 1+ hour, or a full-day rental cost after 2+ hours.

Plan for a mandatory gas charge based on your rental duration (clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking). Tips are not included. You also need a $1,500 authorized damage deposit for each machine, collected on arrival by credit or debit card only.
