- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when any passenger is under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- A $1,500 damage-deposit authorization per machine is required on a credit or debit card on the day of your reservation
- A mandatory gas charge based on rental duration applies and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to all bookings and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- A 3% Bureau of Land Management fee is added to private tours
- Complete one release of liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
