Mad Moose delivers seriously fun UTV and ATV adventures with guides who clearly know how to show people a good time. The sunset tours get constant praise for their spectacular views and thrilling terrain mix, from fast sand runs to slow rock crawling that'll have you gripping your seat. Guides like Dan, Anthony, and Jason earn specific shoutouts for being capable, personable, and great at adjusting rides to match group skill levels while capturing awesome photos along the way. What stands out is how well they balance excitement with safety and service. The equipment stays clean and well-maintained, the rental process runs smoothly, and they keep tour groups small (typically a guide plus just two vehicles), which means better pacing and more personal attention than the long convoys you'll find elsewhere. Even locals who've tried other rental spots say this operation is the best around. The Polaris machines are powerful enough to grip boulder edges and navigate terrain that seems impossible until you're actually doing it.

What people are saying

A small group of friends and I decided to check out the stargazing tour during our trip to Zion. As a little preface, I’m not really the adventurous, riding-around-on-motorized-vehicles type, so this definitely wasn’t my idea. However, I can honestly say this was one of the most magical experiences of my life. We spent about an hour riding through the red dunes at sunset, and watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. By the time we reached the lookout point, it was pitch black and completely silent. We turned off our vehicles and just stood there looking up at the stars. It was incredible. Truly a bucket list experience! 10/10 would recommend! And one last thing, our guide was Jerry, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for someone sweeter or more considerate. He was wonderful from start to finish. Please give our love to Jerry! He was amazing!
