- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying any passenger under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine
- A Premium Damage Waiver is required, with a $1,500 card authorization hold per machine on the day of your reservation
- A mandatory gas charge applies and is not included in the listed price; the amount is based on rental duration
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee and a 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee are added to private tours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations 1–2 days in advance receive a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late returns: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and the full-day rental cost after 2 hours.
