Drivers must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall; if a passenger is under 18, the driver must be 25+. Tips are not included, and there is a mandatory gas charge (confirm amount with Greetwell before booking) plus a $1,500 authorized damage deposit collected on arrival by credit/debit card only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made three or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled.
