- Arrive by the scheduled departure time; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may shorten the charter without refund
- Las Animas and Quimixto require at least 6 hours; Yelapa requires at least 7 hours
- Swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding depend on sea conditions and crew safety decisions
- Bring eco-friendly sunblock without oils, swimwear, towels, waterproof phone or camera protection, and slip-on shoes or sandals
- Crew gratuity is not included in the listed price; 15–20% is recommended
- Alternate port taxes are not included: Los Muertos Pier is $100 MXN per person and La Cruz is $60 MXN per person, cash required

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus processing and administrative fees. Cancel 7–29 days before departure and your deposit is forfeited. No refunds within 7 days or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, operational conditions, or port restrictions.
